{Lots of Food}

I started a challenge over a week ago to eat only real, whole, natural foods for the next 30 days. It's not too difficult because I already eat a Paleo diet, but it means I can't have any sweeteners (not even honey!) and no Progenex, which is my recovery drink after I workout. Oh, and a biggie, I can't weigh myself, which is the biggest challenge of them all. So in order to eat this way you have to be really prepared, you can't be without food on hand or else you may eat something unhealthy in a pinch...and I don't want that. So Sundays are my food prep days. Although this Sunday I didn't do as much as I usually do, because I was so exhausted from the Crossfit Games the day before. But, I *MADE* some stuff, so here it is:
Hard-Boiled Eggs...we eat lots of eggs!
Spaghetti Squash and Paleo Meatballs
Kale Chips...first time making these.
Dry Rub for the Pulled Pork I'm making
Veggies for Spaghetti Sauce
Lemon Larabars...so good! Just like the ones you can buy, only FRESH!

Cooking also included baking up some bacon, but I didn't take a picture of it. We love having cooked bacon on hand so that we can snack on it or throw it in our breakfast, lunch, or dinner!

Well, I've officially kicked off the {Made by Meegin} Blog by actually making something. I've got some crafty things I need to get done this week. Looking forward to that!
